We look for companies with products and platforms that are scalable both locally in Colombia and in LATAM. The strategy and product/service positioning has to be a good fit with our vision on the markets, our expertise, network and experience. A mutual click and trustworthy relationship between investor and entrepreneur are crucial to develop a company to the next level. 
In addition we have a clear set of investment criteria:. 
·       Scalable and capital efficient business model 
·       Initial market validation/ proof of concept
·       Highly motivated and balanced team 
·       At least 12-18 months cash runway as a result of the new financing
·       Innovative technology and product development roadmap
·       Clear value proposition, pricing and 'go-to-market' strategy
·       Headquarters based in Latin America, preferably Colombia
